Pricing
A small fee on each online payment. We're confirming our fees with our first clubs, and you'll see the exact fee before your club takes a payment.
Your club chooses whether to cover the fee or pass it on to members. Members always see the full amount before they pay.
Questions clubs ask
Where does the money go?
Payments are processed by Stripe, a regulated payment provider, and paid out to your club's own bank account, in the club's name. subs.ie doesn't hold your club's money.
When does the club get paid?
Payouts go to the club's bank account on a rolling schedule once each payment clears. Card payments clear faster than Direct Debit. You'll see the timing for your club when you set up payments.
Can we still take cash?
Yes. Treasurers can record cash, bank transfers and other payments by hand, so every member's balance stays in one place.
What about children's data?
Parents and guardians join on behalf of their children and make the declarations themselves. Club roles control who sees what, and coaches with view-only access don't see payment details.
What does a member need?
An email address and a phone or computer. There's no app to download and no password to remember: members sign in with a code sent by email.
